Call2Ministry
targets men and women who:
1) Are struggling with whether or not God is calling them to vocational
ministry, or
2) Are certain that God is leading them to vocational ministry and desire to
know the ‘next step.’
How do you know if God is calling you into vocational ministry?
Why Call2Ministry?
Call2Ministry conferences come alongside people who believe God is leading them
into vocational ministry service. These folks are people like you. They range
from teenagers and college students to adults with families. The heart of this
conference is fueled with passion to help people realize their God called
potential in ministry.
Our Mission
To encourage and equip next generation vocational ministers that they may
recognize the life call of God in their lives and realize the next step of
preparation for their lives.
“I thank Christ Jesus our Lord, who has strengthened me, because
He considered me faithful, putting me into service.” 1 Timothy 1:
Minister's Friend
Our Mission
To strengthen the local church by encouraging and equipping the local church
minister.
Our Purpose
Hundreds of ministers leave the ministry every year. Even more consider leaving.
Some leave because they are experiencing burn-out. Others leave because they
have been fired, some are simply discouraged. The Minister's Friend strives to
help local church ministers sharpen their skills so that they are better
prepared to handle the responsibilities that come in serving the local church.
We currently provide conferences for pastors. We will later expand this to serve
other ministers as well.
We are also
working to provide a conference/retreat center dedicated to serving the local
church minister. There are more details on the additional pages.
Biblical Picture
Exodus 17 contains a story about Moses, Aaron and Hur. The Israelites were in a
battle. Joshua was leading the army in a valley. The Lord told Moses that as
long as he held the staff of the Lord over his head, the Israelites would win
the battle. As Moses watched the battle in the valley, he held up the staff. As
long as the staff was in the air, the Israelites were winning. But as the day
wore on, Moses' arms became tired, and they fell to his side. Aaron and Hur came
alongside Moses, sat him down on a rock, and held his arms up. The Israelites
won the battle.
We desire to do
for Ministers what Aaron and Hur did for Moses.
